Acceptable Use Policy

1. Fraud and deception

• No scams or fraudulent schemes of any kind.
• No phishing or attempts to obtain credentials, payment details, or sensitive data by deception.
• No fake identities, fake businesses, or fabricated credentials.
• No deceptive offers, false urgency, or misleading claims about results.

2. Spam and abusive outreach

• No abusive bulk messaging.
• No repeated unwanted outreach after a recipient has asked you to stop.
• No harassment, threats, or intimidation.
• No attempts to bypass recipient opt-outs or channel-level blocks.

3. Illegal activity

• No use of LEADUS to plan, facilitate, or carry out unlawful activity.
• No money laundering or handling of proceeds of crime.
• No sale or promotion of goods or services that are illegal in the relevant jurisdiction.

4. Security abuse

• No hacking or unauthorised access to any system or account.
• No credential theft or credential stuffing.
• No malware, exploits, or malicious payloads.
• No security testing of LEADUS without prior written authorisation.

5. Impersonation

You must not pretend to be:

• LEADUS or a member of the LEADUS team.
• Another company or brand.
• Another person.
• A government organisation.
• A financial institution.
• Any other third party.

6. Platform abuse

• No circumventing rate limits or usage thresholds.
• No circumventing account restrictions or suspensions.
• No manipulating analytics, feedback, or testimonials.
• No creating fraudulent or duplicate accounts.
• No exploiting APIs or automating the product in unsupported ways.
• No abuse of third-party integrations connected to LEADUS.

7. Reporting abuse

If you see fraud, spam, abuse, a security issue, or suspicious activity involving LEADUS, report it from inside the app using "Report abuse", or contact us.

8. Enforcement

We prohibit misuse and use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to detect and respond to abuse, including activity monitoring, abuse reports, administrative review, and account suspension. We do not claim to prevent all fraud, spam, or illegal use.

Depending on severity we may warn, restrict features, suspend, or terminate an account, and where required by law we may report activity to the relevant authorities.
